The newly built rooms are equipped with the most modern facilities to ensure a pleasant stay.

The modern and functional layout of the rooms provide large areas equipped with large double bed, spacious bathrooms with shower and 43" SMART LED TV.

The rooms provide free video-monitored parking.

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, but each individual room has a furnished terrace where smoking is permitted.

The rooms have independent air conditioning, private bathroom, private fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, large refrigerator and coffee pod machine.

Breakfast, arranged in the room and available from the first access, is complete with:

croissants, tarts, rusks, jams, hazelnut spread, cereal bars, cookies, plumcakes, regular and decaffeinated coffee, infusions, juices, milk and water.

We also offer on arrival a small aperitif with soft drinks and tarallini (present in the refrigerator).

The basic configuration of the room includes a large double bed, which can be divided into two single beds upon request. (This request is subject to availability)
